Professor Alex Halderman and a team of developers from the University of Michigan have created a new technology that enables users to visit web sites that have been blocked by censors.  With Telex, users can see banned sites, while the censors think they are looking at innocuous pages.

In an with Guy Raz of NPR's All Things Considered, Professor Halderman explains that the technology of Telex will turn the entire Internet into an anti-censorship device.
